These terms apply when you subscribe to The Prep Feed, a daily show prep service run by [business name] of [business address] (“we”, “us”). By subscribing you agree to them.
1. The service
A subscription gives you access to a new edition of show prep content each weekday (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays unless we say otherwise), published on our website for signed-in members.
2. Your licence
Each subscription is a personal licence for one named presenter. You may:
- read, adapt and broadcast the content in programmes you present or produce;
- use it in your station’s social media and online posts about those programmes.
You may not share your login, forward or copy editions to anyone else, publish editions or large parts of them, or resell the content. A station licence is needed for use by more than one presenter.
3. Accounts and sharing
Keep your login details private. Signing in on one device signs you out of others. We monitor sign-ins to protect the service, and if we believe an account is being shared we’ll contact you first and may then suspend or close it.
4. Payment and cancellation
- The subscription costs £10.99 a month, charged in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe, and renews automatically each month.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- We don’t refund part months, except where the law requires it.
- If we change the price we’ll email you at least 30 days before the change affects you, and you can cancel before then.
As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription. By asking to start receiving editions straight away, you agree that you lose this right once you have accessed content, and we may charge for any editions provided in that time.
5. Accuracy
We write each edition from published sources and take care to get it right, but news changes and mistakes can happen. You are responsible for what you broadcast, including complying with Ofcom’s Broadcasting Code and your station’s own policies. If you spot an error, please tell us.
6. Our content
All content in The Prep Feed belongs to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 2, no rights are given to you.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms and will email you about significant changes. If we stop the service we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and won’t charge for any period after it ends.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
